Welcome to Take the Lead Program! This program is specially designed for FUJIFILM Australia non – sales team lead referrals. We want to reward you for referring new business to FUJIFILM Australia.

By ‘non-sales staff’ we mean anyone who does not hold a sales target – anyone who speaks to our customers or visits our customer sites. Or simply anyone in a non-sales role who refers a new lead. There is a world of opportunity out there, and we’d like to reward you for embracing that opportunity!

By ‘new business’ we mean a genuine new business opportunity, not a work in progress. This could be with an existing customer or a new customer or new customer completely.

By ‘qualified lead’ we mean a customer who agrees to be contacted by an Account Manager or Sales Agent for the purposes of a quotation for a new FUJIFILM Australia product or service.

How is a lead qualified ?
Our super keen Customer Engagement Unit (CEU) will contact all submitted leads as soon as humanly possible to confirm that there is a genuine new business opportunity before arranging for an Account Manager or Sales Agent to contact the customer for a quotation.

How do I know if my lead is qualified ?
You will receive an email notification from the Incentives Manager advising if your lead was qualified by the CEU, if not, the reason for it not being successful (where advised).

How do I receive my reward ?
Once qualified, the Incentives Manager will arrange fulfilment of the Gift Card. The Gift Card/s will be sent via mail to all recipients at the end of the following calendar month.

What do I need to do ?
• Complete the fields below & submit the online form
• The lead will be sent to a member of the Customer Engagement Unit (CEU)
• The lead must be qualified by the CEU (any customers contacted by an Account Manager prior to the CEU qualifying the lead will not be eligible)
• Once the CEU has contacted the customer, you will be contacted via email to advise you if the lead has been successful
• The lead will be allocated to an Account Manager
• You will receive your virtual Gold Pass reward within one month of qualification

How much will I earn ?
• $75 virtual Gold Pass reward for all qualified leads for hardware, software or services.
• $30 virtual Gold Pass reward for all qualified leads on colour or B&W FXPC printers.
